The goal is not resiliency - it is regeneration.
Resilience is surviving. Regeneration is thriving. I know that the only way out is through. I know how beautiful the view is from this side of HEAL. Once reaching the other side, we are never the same. I've walked through my own personal healing journey, through my own dark night of soul, literally on a broken bones. Personally, I've lived self-healing from complexPTSD, pain and disease, crippling anxiety, chronic inflammation, biotoxin illness and soul injury. I have moved beyond surviving to understanding that I have the power to thrive. I do so by merging my light and shadow through mind-body-soul practices. So can you. I know what its like to have medical and support systems in our world fail me. If you have found yourself repeating patterns, in pain, without the right support, and you are ready to please try to something different, you have found the right person.
Before I stepped fully into my role as an intuitive practitioner, I spent over a decade serving across diverse sectors—including the military, government, education, non-profit, publishing, and freelance design worlds. My journey has been anything but linear—and that’s what gives it power. From combat boots to color theory, from theologian to art teacher —I carry a unique blend of lived experience, spiritual insight, and creative fire into every offering I share.
My work is grounded in both analytical clarity and spiritual depth. I believe healing is an art form—and my practice blends human-centered design with intuitive coaching, ritual, soul work, and somatic awareness to create deeply personalized sessions. I also have lived and learned - I am personally queer, kinky, and polyamorous. I walk my talk, own my shit, and do my best to let my life preach louder than my lips.

Trish tries every day to live a life that preaches louder that her lips - by being so radically herself that it co-creates space for others to feel safe enough to welcome a New Earth in community. With education in the arts, trauma-based healing, ministry, Trish is a channeler, post-9/11 military veteran, peace warrior, artist, minister, animist, and mystic who's walked her own valley of shadows aside death, grief, and love. Trish knows healing with complexPTS and autoimmune pain and seeks to be a light for others.
Trish provides holistic services under license by the Professional Wellness Alliance (PWA). Services are available to cleints who have registered as members of the PWA only and membership is free and available by registering online here.
